Bloemfontein - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) are staying firmly on the warpath with several of its Free State members threatened with removal from parliament following unruly behaviour.

Free State legislature speaker Sisi Mabe warned party members to obey the rules of parliament during the state of the province debate in Bloemfontein, yesterday.

EFF members made disruptive comments during cooperative governance and traditional affairs MEC, Olly Mlamleli’s speech.

Mabe asked the party to retract its statement which wished President Jacob Zuma dead while he was resting from his duties.

Premier Ace Magashule urged all parties present to work together to create a better Free State.

On Monday two EFF members in Gauteng were removed from the provincial legislature for wearing "inappropriate" clothing while the following day a party member was kicked out a legislature meeting in the Eastern Cape for calling white people farmers.
