You can now receive the latest OFM Traffic reports, even if you’re not tuned in to OFM in your vehicle!
• Simply switch on the TA, traffic announcement, or TP, traffic programming, function on your RDS compatible radio.
• This will enable you to still get the latest traffic updates in your area even when you are listening to something else like a CD.
• What you are listening to will be interrupted and your radio will automatically switch to OFM for the traffic report.
• When the traffic report is finished, your radio will switch back to what you were listening to before.
• Ask your car dealer if you’re unsure how the traffic function on your radio works.

Die R30 van Bloemfontein so wel as van Klerksdorp is in ‘n baie goeie toestand.
Die R59 van Parys na Bothaville is ook in goeie 'n toestand.
Die verleggings by Viljoenskroon is tans makliker begaanbaar.
Die R59 van Hoopstad na Bothaville is egter in 'n slegte toestand, vermy eerder en gebruik die Wesselsbron – Bothaville roete.
Die R504 van Wolmaransstad na Bothaville het ‘n paar stop-ry beheerpunte.
Tussen Bothaville en Orkney het die pad nie 'n skouer nie, wees maar geduldig terwyl jy na NAMPO park ry.

Roadworks on the R705 between Jacobsdal and the Koffiefontein T-junction.
Travelers heading towards Koffiefontein are advised to utilize the following alternative routes:
S647 from Oppermansgronde to proceed to Koffiefontein and rejoin the R704 / R48.
Travelers heading towards the N8 are advised to utilize the following alternative routes:
S122 from Jacobsdal to the N8

Aliwal :
Roadworks on the N6 between Aliwal and Jamestown, stop and go controls are in place. Add extra travel time to your agenda.
Northern Cape
N8 - GRIEKWASTAD/CAMPBELL:
Roadworks between Griekwastad and Campbell. Periodic Maintenance (pre-treatment and re-seal of the existing road surface) of the N8 Section 7 as well as the improvement or replacement of ancillary works infrastructure. Speed restrictions of 60 km per hour will be applied at the work zones and the repairs are expected to be completed by end of September 2024.

This road is in a terrible condition and motorists are forced to use the shoulder of the road.

Construction & Roadworks on R726 between Sterkspruit and Zastron - Stop and Go Waiting times +- 20min, They will be working on this road for approximately 20 Months, expected completion May 2025

Reconstruction of the R707 between Lindley and Senekal is ongoing with Stop & Go controls in operation as well as bypasses. Please adhere to the road signs and reduce speed. Also be mindful of the labour force on the side of the road. Till Aug 2025.
