FS Stars to return to winning ways against SS United─── ADRIAN BOTHA 08:36 Wed, 13 Dec 2017
Free State Stars are looking to bounce back from last week's derby defeat and in so doing hope to bag maximum Premier Soccer League points when they host SuperSport United at Goble Park tonight.
Having gone from a 3-match unbeaten streak to their biggest loss of 3-0 at the hands of Bloemfontein Celtic this past weekend, Ea La Koto will be determined to set the record straight.
A win for either side in this fixture will see them into the top 8 on the PSL log as Stars sit on 16 points in 10th followed by Supersport United on 15 points in 11th.
Coaches Luc Eymael and Eric Tinkler will, however, be without their respective captains of Paulus Mashehe and Dean Furman who are forced to sit out the game due to suspension.
Regardless of who will wear the armband for Stars and United at Goble Park, the match promises to be a tight affair when it kicks off at 19:30.
