Two stabbings in Northern Cape over the weekend─── NOMAQHAWE MTEBELE 10:53 Mon, 18 Dec 2017
A 33-year-old man faces a charge of attempted murder today for the stabbing of his girlfriend in Kakamas, Northern Cape.
According to neighbours, the couple was fighting when the 34-year-old victim was allegedly stabbed. The suspect was arrested on Saturday and will appear before the Kakamas Magistrate’s Court.
Two other suspects will also be appearing in court today for a stabbing in Kuruman. The 19-year-old and 23-year-old suspects allegedly stabbed a man during a fight on Saturday. According to police’s Dimakatso Mooi, they were arrested on a charge of murder on Sunday.
