Harvey Weinstein arrested

Early on Friday morning (25 May) Harvey Weinstein turned himself into police custody in New York City to face charges for two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. If convicted, he could spend up to 50 years in prison. His arrest is putting the minds of many women in Hollywood at ease. 

Weinstein has been the center of controversy since the bombshell New York Times report that detailed his alleged pattern of sexual abuse in Hollywood. Many celebrities have spoken up about his behavior most notably was CITIZEN ROSE star Rose McGowan.

Grey's Anatomy star robbed

Ellen Pompeo's trip to Italy took a dramatic turn today when the Grey's Anatomy star revealed on Instagram that she was the victim of a burglary.

"My purse was stolen from right under my nose!! I blame the rose!! But Grazia to whoever stole it for dropping it on the street exactly intact," she shared on Instagram Friday afternoon. "I was tracking my phone and chasing you down...had I caught you... it would not have ended well for you... I am nice but lets not forget my heritage... NAPOLITANO...."

Ellen continued, "Also I hope you were smiling because eSarai catturato perche sei in macchina. Please forgive my horrible Italian."

What she's trying to say is the person or persons responsible may be on camera.

Italy police saw Ellen's Instagram post and appreciated her supportive message. "#Thank you @EllenPompeo #GreysAnatomy Happy to know the #Police in #Florence helped you," the department wrote online.
