Miller & De Lange off to UAE for T10 tournament─── ADRIAN BOTHA 13:09 Tue, 12 Dec 2017
After failing to qualify for the Ram Slam T20 Knockout stages, the VKB Knights pair of David Miller and Marchant de Lange now have the opportunity for an earlier departure to the United Arab Emirates for the inaugural Ten10 Cricket tournament.
The first of these 4 day tournaments will feature six-teams in a new 10-overs-per-side format will start at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on December 14.
The 10-over-a-side matches should last 90 minutes and will include two-over Power-plays.
The tournament will see the likes of Virender Sehwag, Kumar Sangakkara, Shahid Afridi, Eoin Morgan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Dwayne Bravo and Sarfraz Ahmed all entertain local crowds.
While it is believed that Miller and De Lange will join the Bengal Tigers for this T10 Series, fellow South African's Rilee Rossouw & Hardus Viljoen have also been linked with the Maratha Arabians.
