The Free State manifesto finally gets underway at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein.
The party's leadership just arrived at the semi packed stadium where they interacted with the crowd by walking around the track.
OFM News previously reported that hundreds of ANC supporters were already making their way to the stadium in Bloemfontein where the party will soon hold its manifesto launch. Roads leading to the stadium have been barricaded and there is a high police visibility. ANC National Chair, Gwede Mantashe, is expected to deliver a keynote address once official proceedings have kicked off at 10:00.
