OFM News’ Christal-Lize Muller, speaks to George Kyler, a successful and passionate milk producer from the Skimmelkrans Farm outside George in the Southern Cape, about the challenges facing the industry.
Kyler says stewardship and sustainability are challenges facing milk producers in South Africa. The challenge is more needs to be produced with less inputs and this needs to be done on a profitable basis.
