Karlien van Jaarsveld's Daughter Received No Help From Doctors

Afrikaans singer Karlien van Jaarsveld went through a heartbreaking moment when her 1-year-old daughter, Elah couldn’t receive her "long-awaited" medical procedure. 

Karlien revealed that Elah has a blood clot in her portal vein. "They call it Portal vein Thrombosis," she said.  

Karlien shared an update on Elah’s condition in a lengthy Instagram post, eventually saying that the procedure to assist with Elah’s condition could not be performed. Well wishes to young baby Elah.
