What’s new in Farmer’s Weekly?

───   CHRISTAL-LIZE MULLER 06:27 Fri, 22 Mar 2019

What’s new in Farmer’s Weekly? | News Article

In our Friday insert only on Before Dawn, OFM News’ Christal-Lize Muller speaks to the editor of Farmer's Weekly, Denine Erasmus, about what to expect in their latest edition.

Erasmus  highlights the magazines’ news section. The magazine reports about a summit held by the Citrus Growers Association of South Africa, held recently in Port Elizabeth. A panel discussion at the summit focused on how the lack of title deeds is affecting the ability of black citrus producers.

There is also a good news story from the rooibos industry which is expecting to meet demand for the first time in four years. There is also a story about the dairy industry where price increases of 14% per litre have been announced.

That was Denine Erasmus, editor at Farmer's Weekly, on OFM. To listen to this insert again, go to ofm.co.za, click on News, Agriculture, and Before Dawn. To listen to these inserts again go to ofm.co.za, click on News, Agriculture and Before Dawn.
