Big artists, new albums | News Article

New albums from big artists that you did not expect so soon...

I don’t know about you, but I love it when an artist releases a new album. As a music fanatic, I enjoy listening to new material and experience the story that gets told by the artists through sound. It is a journey that we take with the artist, and all of us can relate to it most of the time. Each individual experiences it differently and that is what makes an album so great. So while we’re on the topic, I would like to share with you.

  • Avicii –  Avicii (01) EP

In 2016, fans of Tim Bergling, or, as all of us know him, Avicii, was super bummed to hear that he would be taking an indefinite break due to what seemed to be complications with his health, or just the need to take a break from the fame and touring craziness altogether. But after a long wait, Avicii is back with a three part album. The first part to be self-titled as Avicii (01). To kick things off, they released the album on the 10th of August, and it is said that we can also expect some of Avicii’s classics we all know and love. This will also be Avicii’s third released studio album.

  • Kesha – Rainbow

Okay, so I know that I’ve been giving through a lot of information on Kesha lately, but she has truly made a big comeback. One that we don’t get to experience much often. Anyhow, on the 11th of August, Kesha released her third studio album called Rainbow. She already released some major singles off the 14 track album such as Praying which has reached of 30 million views on YouTube within a months’ time, and Learn To Let go which has also started its rotation on OFM, The Sound Of Your Life. I have a good feeling that we can expect great things from Kesha’s new album, Rainbow.

  • Bebe Rexha – All Your Fault Pt. 2 EP

It seems like we’re all about ‘threes’ today. Also on the 11th of August, Bebe Rexha released her third EP called All Your Fault Pt. 2 EP. If you don’t know her by name, you might know her great voice behind singles such as Me, Myself and I, In The Name Of Love and I Got You. All of these songs making their rotation’s on the sound of your life. The album’s lead single which is also new to playlist on OFM, is The Way I Are (Dance With Somebody) which features none other than Lil Wayne. Keep an eye out on Miss Bebe Rexha, ‘cause I’ve got a feeling that she is going to release some great tracks off the new album.
