It can be embarrassing to them.
A listener asked for help on an issue. He works in an office where there are only one female. He noticed that her dress was partly tucked into her panties when she left the restroom. He then proceeded to take a photo and send it to her instead of confronting her face to face - she was livid! When something embarrassing happens to a colleague, do you tell them? E.g. Food in their teeth, clothing tag showing, etc. Listen here:
