The Federal Freedom Party will lodge a complaint with the Human Rights Commission and the Judicial Services Commission about the living conditions of Johan Prinsloo in the Grootvlei Prison.
A visibly deteriorating Prinsloo, who is one of the three remaining alleged Mangaung right-wingers, appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's court today.
Spokesperson for the FFP, Francois Cloete, says they're worried about their former operations manager, after his twelve day long hunger strike.
Prinsloo and Trollip will be tried in the Free State High Court from 4 - 15 November, while Martin Keevy will undergo another 30 day psychiatric evaluation as per the State's insistence, and be back in court on 20 September.
The three are accused of plotting to kill top ANC leaders at the party's Mangaung conference last year.
Charges against Hein Boonzaaier have meanwhile been withdrawn.
